At Serenity Wig Salon, we take immense pride in crafting custom hairpieces tailored uniquely for each client. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind.

 

Quality Assurance:
We prioritize quality in every aspect of our products. Our team dedicates extensive time and effort to ensure the highest standards in craftsmanship and materials used in your personalized hairpiece.

 

No Returns or Exchanges:
Given the customized nature of our hairpieces and our commitment to maintaining hygiene and quality standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to safeguard the integrity and hygiene of our products for all our clients.

 

Your Satisfaction Matters:
While we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges, your satisfaction remains our priority. Should you encounter any concerns with your order, please contact our customer support team, and we will strive to address any issues to the best of our ability.

 

Cancellation Policy:
For orders that have not entered the production phase, cancellation may be possible. Please contact us immediately should you need to cancel your order.

CANCELLATION
POLICY

Cancellation Policy:
At Serenity Wig Salon, we strive to offer exceptional service and dedicate time and resources to ensure our clients receive the best experience. To uphold the quality of our services and accommodate all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy

 

Appointment Cancellation:
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need of our services. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
 

No Show or Missed Consultation:
A "no show" for a consultation without prior notice will result in a $50 charge. We value the time of our team and our commitment is to offer the best guidance and service for your specific needs. This charge covers the reserved time and ensures that we can continue providing dedicated attention to all our clients.
 

Missed Appointment & Wig Sitting:
In the event of a missed appointment where your wig remains with us, and the set falls due to lack of adjustment, a $25 reset fee will be applied on top of any other services performed during your scheduled appointment.
 

Acknowledgment of Charges:
By scheduling an appointment with Serenity Wig Salon, you agree to our cancellation policy and understand the associated charges in the event of a missed or unattended appointment.
