Returns are acceptable within 15 days of receiving your wig as long as no customizations were done to it. Customizations include cutting lace, adding lace, hair color, cut, and cap adjustment. The wig must be unworn and return back to us in good condition with all original packaging. After checking and approving the returned item, we may then issue a full refund. Return shipping not included.
